Dude!

Circle game where players look up from the ground and face left or right. If facing another player, they are eliminated.

This is an amusing warmup game. Players form a circle and all stare at the ground. A leader gives a sign (“Annnnd… Now!”). The players all lift their heads, looking either left or right. Some players will find themselves staring at the back of someone’s head, but if they find themselves meeting the gaze of the person next to them, both players say “Dude!” and leave the circle. The game continues until only two players remain.

Another variant of the game substitutes the word “Dude!” for a blood-curdling scream. Probably best for remote locations.
